API Token

Input a valid API Token generated from Easit GO. This token allows Ebbot to securely authenticate and retrieve information from your domain.

Item View Identifier

The Item View Identifier acts as a secure "window" into your data. Ebbot can only retrieve information that has been explicitly included in the specific View associated with this identifier.

• What it does: It serves as a data filter and security layer. If a field (e.g., "Ticket Description" or "Customer Email") is not added to the View in Easit GO, it will remain invisible to Ebbot.

• Why use it: It prevents sensitive data leaks and improves performance by only fetching the specific attributes your Ebbot bot needs.

Troubleshooting Tip: If Ebbot is successfully connected but certain data points are missing, check your Item View settings in Easit GO. Ensure the missing fields are "tagged" or added to the layout for the Identifier you provided above.
