# Generate Resolution Buttons

Generates an HTML snippet containing interactive buttons ("Yes, close my ticket" and "No, I still need help") that can be embedded into an email sent to the user. This works together with the "Incoming Button Click" trigger to capture user feedback.

## Inputs

## Output shape

Paths are relative to this action's output. Select them from the builder's variable picker; do not add a `ticket` wrapper to actions that return top-level fields. Nullable property fields and empty defaults are not proof that a value was retrieved.

## Setup and use

Use the same configured HubSpot connection for this action and the receiving Incoming Button Click trigger. Set a positive validity period in hours; the default is 24 hours. A custom HTML template must contain both `{yes_url}` and `{no_url}`.

The action returns HTML for your outgoing message. Your workflow is responsible for sending the message and handling the response. Check that the generated links use the correct environment before sending.

Share links only with the intended recipient and keep them out of shared documentation, prompts and logs. A link does not verify the recipient's identity.
