Get Owners

Fetches all owners (agents) from HubSpot. Useful for finding the right agent when assigning tickets or selecting a reply sender.

Action identifier: get_owners. Reference checked: 29 September 2026.

Inputs

No action inputs. Select the HubSpot connection.

Output shape

Paths are relative to this action's output. Select them from the builder's variable picker; do not add a ticket wrapper to actions that return top-level fields. Nullable property fields and empty defaults are not proof that a value was retrieved.

Meaning

results

results[].id

string

Owner record ID used for ticket assignment; different from userId.

results[].email

string

Owner email address, when returned.

results[].firstName

string

Owner first name, when returned.

results[].lastName

string

Owner last name, when returned.

results[].userId

integer | null

Linked HubSpot user ID, when available. Conversation sender selection uses A-{userId}.

exists

boolean

True when at least one owner record is returned.

llm_triage_metadata

string

Text summary of owner names and IDs, with actor IDs and email addresses when available; No entries found when empty.

Open property/record objects may include additional HubSpot fields. Inspect the returned data rather than assuming every declared field is populated.

Behavior and limits

Follows owner pagination until exhausted. Use results[].id for CRM ownership. results[].userId is the linked HubSpot user identifier; a Conversations sender uses A-{userId}. The values need not match. llm_triage_metadata includes owner and actor identifiers where available.

The action can return owners that the sender/assignment dropdowns omit because they have no linked user. No owners gives an empty list, exists: false and No entries found.

See Troubleshooting for request errors and retry behavior, or return to the action catalog.
