Open property/record objects may include additional HubSpot fields. Inspect the returned data rather than assuming every declared field is populated.
Behavior and limits
Requires settings.users.teams.read. Returns team records for inspection and routing decisions; it does not assign a ticket to a team by itself.
No returned teams gives an empty list, exists: false and No entries found. Missing scope fails the request rather than being an empty portal.
