# List Companies

Lists companies from HubSpot. Useful for browsing available companies when you do not know a specific company ID.

## Output shape

Paths are relative to this action's output. Select them from the builder's variable picker; do not add a `ticket` wrapper to actions that return top-level fields. Nullable property fields and empty defaults are not proof that a value was retrieved.

Property objects can contain additional fields returned by HubSpot. The declared fields above are not a promise that every property is populated.

## Behavior and limits

Performs one list request; `limit` is sent as the requested page size. It does not follow pagination or return a cursor. Use a page size accepted by HubSpot rather than expecting a larger limit to fetch the whole portal.

`include_archived` is passed as HubSpot's `archived` filter. Treat archived records as a separate filtered read, not an automatic union with active records. No returned records gives `exists: false`.

### Requested properties

This action explicitly requests `name`, `domain`, `hs_object_id`, `createdate`, `hs_lastmodifieddate`. Other fields declared in its output model are not automatically fetched.
