Output shape
Paths are relative to this action's output. Select them from the builder's variable picker; do not add a ticket wrapper to actions that return top-level fields. Nullable property fields and empty defaults are not proof that a value was retrieved.

ticket.archived
boolean

ticket.full_conversation_content

exists

Property objects can contain additional fields returned by HubSpot. The declared fields above are not a promise that every property is populated.
Behavior and limits
Provide at least one non-empty field besides ticket_id. Empty values are omitted, so this action cannot clear a field by passing an empty string. Use Update Custom Ticket Fields for a supported explicit clear.
Input mapping: ticket_status → hs_pipeline_stage; ticket_priority → hs_ticket_priority; ticket_type → hs_ticket_category; ticket_owner → hubspot_owner_id; ticket_subject → subject; ticket_pipeline → hs_pipeline.
Status, priority, type and owner choices come from the connected portal. The status list combines pipelines without returning pipeline identity alongside each option; verify the stage belongs to the intended pipeline. Priority falls back to LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH if options are unavailable; type has no fallback.
Follow Find the correct pipeline and status IDs before selecting or changing a pipeline or status.
The owner picker submits the owner record's id and omits owners without a linked userId. It does not submit A-{userId}, the Conversations sender format. Do not convert one identifier into the other by stripping a prefix.
A missing ticket returns false flags. A successful API response returns true flags; verify the resulting properties when the business outcome matters. The returned ticket.full_conversation_content is empty because this action does not fetch a transcript.
See Troubleshooting for request errors and retry behavior, or return to the action catalog.
