Expired token
Messenger tokens sometimes expires or get their permissions changed. You usually get an email about this. If you're experiencing problems with your messenger bot, try to genereate a new token.
Go to the developer portal, navigate to your app, go to the facebook settings.
There should be a tokens section where your token is listed. Click "Generate", and paste your new token into your messenger channel settings.
