Platform User Roles and Permissions

This page is about user role management in the Ebbot platform.

User roles in Ebbot

These are the type of user roles available in Ebbot:

• Owner – highest permission level with full access, suitable for system owner

• Admin – access to everything except some advanced settings and security settings, suitable for team leads

• Chat user – access to everything related to Live chat, suitable for human support agents/operators

• Developer – access to everything, including advanced integrations modules, suitable for Ebbot partners and super users with technical training

Note: we do no longer support for custom user roles.
