This page is about user role management in the Ebbot platform.
These are the type of user roles available in Ebbot:
Owner – highest permission level with full access, suitable for system owner
Admin – access to everything except some advanced settings and security settings, suitable for team leads
Chat user – access to everything related to Live chat, suitable for human support agents/operators
Developer – access to everything, including advanced integrations modules, suitable for Ebbot partners and super users with technical training
Note: we do no longer support for custom user roles.

Owner, Admins and Developers have access to Ebbot Automations.
