It's all about context

At Ebbot we believe that context is king, which is why we auto generate the context for all bots and their scenarios. It ensures intelligent chatbots that understand abstract formulations and provide the opportunity to jump in and out of various topics without having to repeat themselves.

The context is not limited to the conversation since it can be extended in many other ways. For instance:

• What page the user is on and has visited

• Device

• Location

• Enrich the context with data from other systems like specific customer information

  and much more…
