* **Integrate with external systems:** Connect Ebbot to the systems you are already using, such as CRM, ERP, or ticketing tools, to enable AI agents to perform actions in conversations or workflows and leverage your existing knowledge bases within your current infrastructure.
* **Live chat:** Handle real-time conversations as a live chat agent (human agent) within an optimized workspace.
* **Scale with control:** Use as much or as little AI as you want, regardless if you are building scenarios and configuring a chat agent, or using the workflow builder in Automations, you can combine the power of AI with fixed logic.

## Breakdown of Ebbot platforms

In the Ebbot documentation we refer to the Chat platform and the Automations platform. Although these different platforms, or core capabilities, are built so that our Ebbot users can navigate between them – they have different use cases. 

* **Chat platform:** Build chat agents using EbbotGPT, Scenarios, Integrations and use the Live chat.
* **Automations platform:** Build workflows for your service operations using LLMs.
