Remove field or document based on keywords

Use this feature to automatically clean or filter your data based on specific keywords. Logic: If a specific Field contains a certain Phrase, the system will either Remove the Document or Clear the Field.

1. Select your target field

Start by entering the name of the Field you want to monitor (for example: content or title). This tells the system exactly where to look.

2. Choose the matching logic

Select how the system should identify the phrase. You can set it to find an exact match, look for the phrase anywhere in the text, or check if the text doesn't contain that phrase.

3. Enter your phrase

Type in the specific word or phrase that triggers the filter.

This is not case-sensitive unless you check the 'Case sensitive' checkbox.

4. Choose the final action

Decide what the system should do when it finds a match:

  • Remove Document: Deletes the entire record from your results.

  • Remove Field(s): Keeps the record but clears out the content of one or more specific fields.
