ZAF EGPT App

The ZAF EGPT App is a Zendesk app that integrates with the EbbotGPT API to help customer service agents generate AI-powered ticket responses. It streamlines the ticket response process by providing intelligent suggestions and customizable personas.

How It Works

  1. Open a ticket in Zendesk.

  2. Click the "Generate Reply" button to create an AI-powered response.

  4. Click "Send in Ticket" to submit the reply.

  5. Use the AI Settings modal to customize the persona for tailored responses.

Configuration

API Key: Add your EbbotGPT API key in the app settings. Dataset ID: Configure the dataset ID for retrieving relevant information. Tenant ID: Set your tenant ID for authentication.
