You can freely choose how many chats you want to fit on your screen and how to arrange them. The example above let's you have 3 columns with one row. And it would look like this:
If you would like to go deeper into the settings, just click the settings icon (gears) and you will load upp the settings modal.
Settings | Description |
Layout | You can freely choose how many chats you want to fit on your screen and how to arrange them. |
Show user typing indicator | If enabled you will see a typing indicator when the user is typing |
Show inactive agents in the topbar stats | Let's you see not ready agents in the topbar stats |
Performance | |
Animations | Let's you toggle on or off animations. Caution, animations can be cpu demanding. |
Memory | Reduced is less memory demanding and is recommended. Normal will load all chats in queue into memory. |
Visuals | |
Retina (High-DPI) display | If you are using a retina display this will make the un focused chat to become a bit smaller than the chat in focus. |
Notifications | |
Sound | Plays a sound when you receive a notification |
Browser | Triggers the browser notification |
Tab title | Flashes the tab title when you receive a notification |
Keyboard Shortcuts | |
Left and Right | Let's you switch chat with your keyboard |
