The Topbar stats is supposed to give you a quick overview of the current status.

Expanded Topbar

If there are multiple skills available you can select show and hide to view the agents logged in to that particular skill

Description

Number of agents online

Shows the total numbers of logged in agents and how many of those who are marked as ready.

Current waiting time

This is based on the person that currently has the longest time in queue

Chats handled

Shows how manny chats that has been handled today and by you. Click to expand
